"Like" Cheez-It on Facebook and then select the "Choose the Cheese Tab". Then, select the cheese you would like to see as a Cheez-It cracker (you'll have to allow their app). Once you vote, click on the "Get a Sample" button on the lower left-side of the screen and fill out a short form to request your sample.
